Well to help a bit, in the beginning of chapter 2 the one who screams:
"Wake the fuck up
Don't wake up hopeful, no it won't remain
Don't plan your day out, things will change
No, nothing's constant but some things still feel like they are
And those don't go away"
is Shane, and:
"Don't move
Don't stray an inch from your fucking room
Though the world is vast, it has no place for you
It has no place for weak-willed attention-seeking victims
You're better off kept to yourself
They all know"
is Cory. I honestly don't know where the 3rd vocalist comes in tho lol. Cory sings a bunch too, like on chapter 9:
"You can’t just cover this up
It knows you down to the cell
It’s left a mark on your tongue
Can you taste it?
There is a permanence here
As much as knowing it hurts
It’s not what all of us want
But this is coming to terms"

The other singing I'm assuming is a combo of Forrest and the other guy

Hey thanks!
So, Cory has the kind of higher pitched yell/scream
Alright so I found a live set of them going thru the whole album. There are two guys without instruments (one is Cory based off what his vox sound like) and then one of the guitarists is also doing some harsh vox

Ah, so Forrest is also one of the guitarists
This mystery is starting to unravel
The other non instrument dude does the "I slip through crowds and cities, pass through like vapor" section
He sounds kinda similar to Forrest but I think his scream is a bit lower. Not Forrest/Cory also does the "STAY IN" part at the end of II

Yea Forrest is a riff man as well, he's the lead guitarist for Hail the Sun haha. I'll have to watch that live set of them going through the album, I always wanted to try and catch these guys live but never could

Cool, will have to check these guys other bands at some point
I know of Hail the Sun's name but unsure if I have ever listened to them. I believe I have checked A Lot Like Birds but it's been a while and I don't remember much about them
Oh, and here's the link of the vid I have been watching, if you haven't already looked for it:

I was just on ALLB page, and now that I see Kurt Travis was in the band, that may be a reason I never really got into them. I am really off and on with his singing

Kurt owns brother, and he's at his best on ALLB

Well, if he fares better in ALLB than when he was with DGD, I could be into it
I always felt they were trying to get him to do his best Jonny Craig impersonation, espeially on the s/t, when he was in DGD, and I just don't think that was suited for him

Kurt is excellent in Conversation/No Place, way better than in DGD in my opinion.
I know I'm in the minority here but DIVISI (last ALLB album with only Cory) is also excellent.

Honestly Divisi is pretty good and I've come to appreciate it for what it is, still not what I wanted to hear from them but it was a great album

Hot damn, the first section of V is a ferocious ripper
Kinda a bummer when it drops it and never comes back but the second half is really nice, too, tho
