Yessir. I was blown away honestly. Its a perfect fushion of alt. rock and hard rock with lots of little mizrahi flourishes. Suites her voice well and she's very dynamic. Quickly becoming one of my absolutes favorites from this year.

guys, i'm adding her albums to the db, but is "ninet" or "ninet tayeb" more appropriate? to ask the mods to change it accordingly. in rym her name is "ninet tayeb", but she released her latest album under just "ninet". everywhere else includes "tayeb", but idk

Yeah... that's the weird thing. Because the Tiny Desk video also put her name as just "Ninet." I suppose that's just the moniker she goes by these days, even though Steven always calls her by her full name

i think "ninet tayeb" is more accurate, since that's been her artist handle historically, and i think most people know her by that name
