Damn, both Vitus shows sold out. Oh well, I got to see them w/Neurosis twice this year so I'm satisfied for now.

You son of a bitch. They've come through my state like four times in ten years and they weren't even headlining.

I can't see how songs like Trigger were kept on the Dusk in Us but not Eve

I can't see how any song made it on over Eve.

Eve and the title track are the best. Hell, converge's slow songs are always top tier

Eve is good but overrated, regardless it's still better than most of the songs on Dusk, including 'Pain'.

Vader did a similar thing back when they released their album "The Beast" in 2004 or so. They also released a small accompanying single called "Beware The Beast" with one song that appeared on it, but not on "The Beast" proper. Weird marketing tactics are weird, I really think people shouldn't do this.

They've set the standards pretty high so it's hard to top sometimes.

My expectations were set pretty high because the band was on a five album murdering spree, but Dusk sounded like a band trying their hardest to be Converge more than it sounded like Converge.
