@pots- you know what, I take it back. Any sonic composition that can be enjoyed aurally can by considered a song. I was hasty in defining them as different. Because artists like drake who both sing and rap have songs, and artists who don't sing at all like Kendrick or any bands or artists who utilize harsh vocals are considered songs, so why can't even the least melodic rap music be considered songs?
