Glad you feel the same way I do about those three new albums, Jamie! Completely got stuck on them this past weekend as well, and probably will be for the following month or two.

Well yeah I don't want to kiss your ass here but your list of 5's is decent

Fiona I'll give her another go, I only gave that album a distracted couple of listens three or four years ago

So a while ago I was a bit baffled that people were 5ing this right off the bat but on my last listen this album did the big ol' *click* and now I'm really feeling it, it's not at that 5 level for me at the moment but I can see it getting there.

It's an amazing feeling to be reminded of why Radiohead are my favorite band. Love.

Yep Doof - just gave it the 4.5.

At the moment it's between this and A Sailor's Guide To Earth for my current AOTY.

Daydreaming made me cry this morning

Knowing he is saying "half of my life" backwards at the end is just ugh...

I doubt it will Doof, that's sitting at #3 right now for me (out of 22 2016 albums checked so far).

Yeah FlagAsh, Daydreaming is one of the best.

This albums is just so deceptively yet beautifully intricate, it has slowly revealed itself to me, and albums that do that usually end up being favorites.

might be ABSURD to say this but this is better than in rainbows and it could compete with the bends no joke

this version of True Love Waits has brought the tears for me more than once already

I like In Rainbows more than this but it could definitely go toe to toe with Bends for me

Right now I'm trying to decide if this is better than Amnesiac - the next one for it to edge out after that would be The Bends, but I'd have to 5 this before I can say whether it beats that. Or I guess it could go the other way, if I decide this beats that then it must be a 5.

Current ranking: (5s) OK Computer > Kid A > In Rainbows > The Bends > (4.5s) Amnesiac = this > (4s) The King of Limbs > Hail to the Thief > (2.5) Pablo Honey

Good ranking. I would only swap kid a and okc. Everything else is spot on

I mean my ranking is pretty generic, just swap TKoL and HTTT and it is more or less the "accepted" ranking, though idk yet where this will end up fitting into that.

this is significantly better than amnesiac imo

never was the biggest fan of that one

this one is more consistent imo

Yeah I'm guessing this'll end up better than Amnesiac for me. At the moment I'd say Amnesiac has lower lows and higher highs while this is more consistent, but as the individual songs on this grow on me more the highs may well end up equalling those on Amnesiac.
