Let's be real here Sleep Cycle isn't THAT impressive and it's being way overhyped. It's really great, but I don't even think I'd say it's stronger than Painting With at this point.

I think what Sleep Cycle has over this is emotional power. There are some definite tunes here, but nothing here that really conveys any heavy sentiments. Feels like there's a lot more heart and soul put into Sleep Cycle.
@Frip I've heard people say Deakin himself refers to it as an EP, but idk.

I think people are just really desperate for that classic Anco vibe so they're foaming over this. More emotive, yeh, but it clearly sounds like just one portion of the Anco palette.
