You have to kind of not pay attention to it TOO closely or else yeah it might be a little tiring. But if you're jamming it while you're lifting or kind of working on something else it grooves perfectly.

That might be it, but tbh I tend to pay close attention my first listen of something because I want to soak it all in. Sometimes that's an arduous task though.

This doesn't seem like the type of album I'd even put in the background while working on something else anyway, I typically would gravitate to something less abrasive when I'm trying to chill the fuck out. And I needed that chillout session after this album, turned on a Murder By Death album and it was all serene from then on.

Been playing this at super high volume in my car every day home from work this past week.
It's a blast.

Playing this on a car is nuts, it's so easy to get lost in all the insanity of this album

Yeah, I also dig Unloved but the songs on this lend themselves to perfectly going into one another and making the album feel like one long insane song.
