I like all the songs on this album, but the tone refuses to change throughout the album which I find sort of frustrating. most of the melodies are good and so are the lyrics, but I just wish there was a little more variation

I'm all about the monotone whisper singing, it's trance inducing. When Blue Bucket of Gold comes on though I'm kind of like "you can fuggoff now Sufjan" and just restart the album.
