I like the fact that Mustaine has overcome a whole load of obstacles to make Megadeth a success - he can't sing, he has an offensive personality, he has long ginger hair, he held a grudge with Metallica for what seem like forever, he falls out with everyone he works with, etc
He's like a big brat but that's where he gets his edge and why he gets a lot of personality into what he does. I find Megadeth more fun to listen to than 'Tallica due to them being frequently ridiculous

Yeah, Deep's my least favorite from Ten, even if it's not a bad song at all. From Vs. it's Rats, that one I really can't seem to enjoy. They're otherwise flawless albums.

I like Deep, this album is perfection to me.

So do I, but comparing to the other tracks it's not as strong. I would've loved it if State Of Love And Trust and Yellow Ledbetter, which were written during the Ten sessions, were included. Two of my favorite PJ songs for sure. Thankfully, they're around elsewhere.

Side A is superior to Side B. Dirty Frank would have been a better addition and put on after Jeremy instead of track 10 so the album would flow perfectly

for well over a decade i've been unable to figure out why people like this so much. i pretty much grew up with this stuff, and while it's not bad and it's catchy and works well at parties and such, it just does nothing for me.
probably the most indifferent i've ever felt about an album.
