I honestly can't listen to Got The Life without wanting to pour molten lead down my ears
But hey, that's me

My previous comment is nonsensical because corn is actually pretty damn good and Korn isn't.

I'm a big fan of corn.

Someone who likes intellectual classical music doesn't like white trash Korn music
Color me surprised!

Yeah, it'd look a bit weird if I actually liked them. I used to listen to some Korn stuff regularly when I was a kid tho.

I’m honestly not a huge Korn fan in general, but I can enjoy their first few. Untouchables and Issues are my two favorites — and even those I’d “only” give 3.5s

Hopefully someday soon the majority of people start to realize how groundbreaking and influential this album was. There was already rap-rock, rap-metal, alternative metal, groove metal, etc, but fucking nothing sounded like this when it came out, nothing. And then everyone wanted to sound exactly like this for years at the turn of the century.
I haven't really enjoyed anything this band has done in at least 15 years but this first album man, these dudes invented the entire late 90s/early 00s nu metal sound here, and as much as people like to try to forget that was the dominant rock sound for at least 5-8 years there.

Yeah this album was hugely influential.
