Coal and Malina are far more enjoyable than Congregation, though. The latter is just so relentless.

I'll never understand how they only included Bury as a bonus track lease when it's easily the best song here.

Recently I came to the conclusion that this is a serious contender for their best album

Together with Pitfalls it's my favorite right now. Took me quite a long time to realise its qualities, but maybe that's why it has longevity

Still stand by my statement of Bury being the best track here.

For me, the run from The Cloak through Echo is the best slice of their discography

I'm going to be honest, this is the last Leprous for me. I have heard very little past this point that I have liked. This record really expanded their sound (and really leaned into the melodrama and his voice), but it still felt reigned in here. I am not sure what happened, but they've evolved into something I just cant fuck with.

Really enjoying their discography so far. Contaminate Me is probably my favourite song of theirs yet. Its insane.
