Its way too repetitive.
People make that argument so they don't have to feel like such a douchebag when they say they're good at guitar hero, and say they can "play dragonforce"
I understand now. Gracias.
Although to be honest, many of the notes played [shredded] on this song ARE played on the frets closest to the pickups
I wouldn't know, I don't pay any attention to Guitar Hero. In fact, I try not to.
This is terrible.
Am I..........agreeing with you (for once)? This feels strange.

Cant deny Zoo that The Fire and Flames is a damn catchy song. Energetic songs man.

That and Operation Ground and Pound are why I haven't rated this a 1.

No I meant when played on an actual guitar zoo
Am I..........agreeing with you (for once)? This feels strange.
I didn't think we had ever found ourselves agreeing or disagreeing with each other. But there's maybe 2 songs that are good on this album and the rest are really bad. Plus, their guitarists use wind machines to blow their hair back when they solo during concerts (HAHAHAHA).

anyone want to play guitar hero III?

Yes. I know. I knew the "guitars" that you use to play GH don't actually have frets.
Plus, their guitarists use wind machines to blow their hair back when they solo during concerts
Yeah, that is pretty lame. They use them in their music videos too.

I used to love this album but it got old...really freaking quick. It's one of those albums that is amazing on first glance, but is freaking irritating and repetitive on second listen...it seems other people agree with me; I see a lot of people raving about it on the first page with an Album Rating of 1...lol.
Sonic Firestorm and Valley of the Damned are amazing, though.
|
| |
why is it a five for you now? if it gotten old change the album rating...
|
| |
I can barely play this on easy on GH. But it's cool, I've only played through easy once and that's all the experience I have on this game at all.

So when exactly is Dragonforce's greatest hits album coming out?

Album Rating: 3.5 | Sound Off
LMAO^^^
I don't think it's going to happen.

Its probably because I don't listen to much power metal but I thought this whole CD was repetitive and unneccisarily corny. Just because it is power metal isn't an excuse to be THAT corny. Guitars were awesome the first ten minutes of listening but nothing changes so it bored me.

DRAGONFORCE: GREATEST HITS
The greatest metal album EVER created ~ Herman Li
I HATE how much mainstream success they are getting now that everyone has experienced them on GH3 and think they are "the most technically talented band ever". ZOMG THEY PLAYZZ SO FAZT.

The amount of talent a person has is exponentially proportional to the amount of notes per time unit that artist is able to play.

On a similar but different note;
ZOMG 4857947863946 bpm! He's SO TALENTED.

The drummer is the weakest part of this band. His repeditive rhythm gets annoying quickly but luckily the hilarious guitar antics and sweet bass solos (scattered throughout) make up for it!

I was actually referring to Nile and Behemoth, but it's the same thing; speed does NOT equal talent.
