Who the hell is jc? If it’s me, then yeah probs. Sputnik ratings are serious business, I was concerned I had indirectly and deeply offended Gonzo on a spiritual level.

Your spelling and grammar is impeccable

Fortunately the Sput gods blessed us with an edit function. Marginally better? I’m still dumb though, just in case there was any doubt.

"On a completely unrelated note I’m also digging the cleans more now"
Ye that was one of my two biggest problems when I started, but now I adore his voice, grows on you like a tumor.

It's a nice counterpoint to his uncleans once you get used to them, and it helps amplify the songs that do utilize them. "Glass Skin" and "Lotus" from DSS are incredible and I can't imagine any other way they could be presented; the cleans define them.
@Demon, I'm enjoying reading your progression and thoughts here, I can't wait to hear what your thoughts are on DSS and Arche. On a tangent, if you like the cleans here, you'd greatly enjoy Kyo's work in Sukekiyo.

Oh, don't worry, you did.

@CalculatingInfinity I'm surprised you ever disliked his clean vocals (except for the pre-WTD era where he moaned and groaned like a Japanese Anthony Kiedis). I thought he was a great clean singer from when I first heard Vinushka.

Nothing quite like that opening trio of Vinushka, Red Soil and Dokoku to Sarinu

If you listen to old Visual Kei DEG, you can clearly hear Kyo has a good clean singing voice.
