Nowhere near my favorite band, just putting my 2cents in. This album is nowhere near a 5, even 4 is pushing it. Not

trying to be a dick, but cmon a 1. Either way I feel the rating will probably even out to a more realistic rating regardless.

Its no problem at all if you don't like the album. Danza is clearly not for everybody. The album has issues, like almost half of it being filler, so I'm not going to pretend this is more than a 3.5 or 4 out of 5.



But you are so unfamiliar with the band, the style, and even basic music terminology that you had no business writing this. You wrote way too much and say very little. Your extreme over-reliance on hyperbolic analogies is more grating than Danza's signature sound. This review is littered with broken sentences and repetition. You constantly assert this is a "core" band when they actually have a rather singular sound (very tough to manage in the modern metal scene), and attribute flaws of more conventional "core" music to this album, even though that is a stretch.



I love the Internet for all the good it does, but I also hate it because it gives hacks like you overlarge soapboxes to spew your BS from. A more eloquent writer could give this album a 1 and not get bombarded with dislikes because they could actually present a decent case and critique of the unique aspects of Danza's sound.



Since you have 30k comments I imagine you are set in your ways, but if this is the best bit of writing you can manage please keep it to a personal journal in the future, or at least 4chan.

Because when half an album is filler, it should definitely given a rating that means "great" or "excellent". That comment is such a disaster that I think a Hindenburg victim just rolled over in their grave because they sensed something was wrong.

Anyways, good review, Treb. I think the style works really well for you. As for this album, I couldn't make it all the way, but I hated what I did get through. It's just uninteresting pseudo-djent/grind dickery.

Whats wrong with being heavy and abrasive for the sake of being heavy and abrasive?

Album is an angry jun fest and thats what its to be taken as. What substance would someone detract from it?
