Imo, their first album was poor, and Spencer wasnt half as good as he is now. Now this album, this is pretty damn fucking good. At first it didnt glue, but i always felt like coming back, and now i fucking love it. Their musicianship is amazing! I dont know how can anyone hate on this, i guess thats what you get for being referred as a pioneering band.

Erised and Epoch are the only reason I don't 5 this. I love the connection between Muramusa, Ragnarok, and Masamune.

Wow Erised is a definite highlight for me, song is fucking beautiful. Facepalm Mute is my favorite. Scarlet is up there though, so catchy... and unlike the haters I thought Spencer did an amazing job on that one. Great album is great.



Knowing what Spencer can do now, I'd like to see a lot more crazy growls and highs from him on the next album.

Muramasa, ji, scarlet, ragnarok and masamune. Its pretty damn boss overall. And i believe that each track in this has the ability to grow on you on different levels, and with time. I think ill 4 this with time!
