Time to give this a relisten. Been working through the Slayer discography prior to rating the albums, as I don't remember them well enough. Hopefully the highlights hold up because I seem to recall the low points of this album being the worst in their discography other than that godawful punk covers album.

Probably also a hefty dose of nostalgia for me but I still quite like this one. Solid riffs, Araya as a complete madman (although it does get tiresome), heavy sound, awful solos.
Even at the time though I never cared much for Diabolus.
