I personally think his production on Plastic Ono Band was pretty good

I think he is a sucky human being and every album he's ever worked on would have been fine without him.
* end rant

ahhh didn't know he did so many albums, I only heard what he did on A Christmas Gift for You from Philles Records

Songs like come together and she's so heavy is enough to make this album at least excellent and the medley on side 2 is excellent as well. The only weak point here is maxwells silver hammer and octupus's garden kind of sounds ridiculous in my opinion.

Hate those songs so much, really keeps me from bumping this album up any higher.

Octopus's Garden does suck, granted; but Maxwell's Silver Hammer is so fucking fun.

George is excellent. I need to get All Things Must Pass.
In lesser hands the medley would seem so half-assed. Most of the album I totally love. Something, Sun King, Here Comes the Sun, I Want You and Because in particular.
I like Octopus's Garden but don't like Maxwell's Silver Hammer.

All Things Must Pass suffers from loud production, but the songs are fantastic.

I actually haven't checked out his solo stuff. Which is weird because the beatles are my favourite band.

I've been tempted to buy it but it's always been ridiculously expensive. Might need to don the old eyepatch, wooden leg and fake parrot and pirate that shit for the time being.

I've been meaning to get a physical copy as well, it's 25 euros around here, which is far more than what I'm usually willing to pay for an album, but it comes in a great package that Harrison remastered himself shortly before his death, and it's the best post-Beatles album I've heard.

I originally had it as a 5 but bang bang Maxwell's Silver Hammer knocked it down a peg. It's borderline 5 but I'm trying to be super strict on giving them out.
It's tied with Revolver for my favourite.

The moment in "Carry That Weight" where the melody from "You Never Give me Your Money" returns justifies giving this album a 5.

First half of the album = eclectic collection of songs that bring true meaning to the term "beatlesque". Not one bad song.
Second half of the album = An amazing pop suite of silly, heartbreaking, and life-affirming songs pieced together.
Overall = One of the greatest albums ever made.
