Because then people would complain that the new album was just "autumn effect vol.2".

You see, because that would technically be the same thing, where-as another season is something different. Me clever.

well, i just feel jesse doesn't have that same emotion he had. there were bits and pieces of it on Division, but this just seems way too generic and uninspired.

I told you, the songwriting powers were contained in his dreads! He had enough residual power leftover for division, then he used it all up!

Hehe. I think the evidence is now too conclusive to ignore.

Even though it has a few good songs, it's their worst and most unplanned effort since their major label debut. Kinda monotonous (the intros confuse me, because they pretty much sound the same :/ ).

Agreed that it's not as good as their last 2 albums.

After 19 pages, I think we can assume it is fully established that this is not as good as their last 2 albums.

No, we must have another 20 pages of discussion before we reach such a conclusion!

Favorite Song? XD
I liked "Shoot It Out" (because it's kinda different from other 10 Years songs, but still 10 Years), and "Fix Me". These are the only two songs I really like. I'm also embarrassed to say that the catchy hooks of "Waking Up The Ghost" is stuck in my head :/.

Oh my, someone has finally got over LSS: lead Single Syndrome. It is a disease that affects 95% of the SputnikMusic community.

Lead singles usually get too much hate.

Oy, I'm the one who diagnosed LSS. I'll be the one getting the Nobel Peace Prize if I can find a cure for it.

I agree that many bands out there choose poor lead singles. But 10 Years have been wise throughout their major label career. "Wasteland" is my favorite from "The Autumn Effect". "Beautiful" is my favorite from "Division". "Shoot It Out" is my favorite from "Feeding The Wolves". And so, 10 Years is the only band whose lead singles are my favorite tracks from their respective albums.
