This album is terrific beautiful.

Dreaming Light is such a powerful song, I can't help but shed a few tears while I'm listening it.

why the fuck is this metal/non-metal thing happening? a nice (unapplicable/stupid) argument that means nothing to the overall constructive positive and negative conversation about these guys, perhaps?

however, to get back on topic so it doesn't seem like an overly pedantic thing for me. i will stray from the subject by coming back to the original one and adding that this albums feeling, in retrospect sets a serene, positive- but dire subconcious outlook when doing anything.

it makes everything feel nice, but pointless.

albums that provoke feelings like this constantly make me wonder if i'm feeling depressed or happy. much like sigur ros - ( ) and sleepingdog - polar bear in equivalence.

and it's all thoughtfully worded in the albums title, i might add.

I stopped reading about you said that Steve Wilson was involved w/ this album. I don't know who this band is and frankly, i don't care. I must hear it. Anything involving Steven Wilson = Cannot possibly be lower than a 4.

....so yeah. As you can tell by my less-than-a-4 rating, this disappointed me.

Btw, I love how the best track on here is the one that sounds EXACTLY like PT. These guys should've given Wilson total control. :P

I'd rank that track last. Thin Air best. Album crept up from a 4 to a classic. Got totally consumed by it.

I actually listened to this expecting more metal. This just really isn't my kind of thing.

With as many comments/views as this album has had, I'm surprised that mine is still the only actual review...
