That's a creative mind to come up with a first name jello. Solid album. Bought this one back in like '03. So many funny songs too. "Stealing People's Mail" and "Let's Lynch the Landlord" among others.

Yeah, Jello not a fan of country clubs

I forget why Jello left the band and really has nothing to do with it, this happened awhile ago I'm sure (I know I can easily look this up too). Why doesn't East Bay Ray or whoever else who uses the band name, try and write some new songs? They'd probably be not good, but at least it would be an attempt other than just coasting off the name of the band for so many years. I heard there a is a recent new remixed version of this of which Jello wrote a very long response saying how it's not worth checking out.

Because jello wrote most of the songs by singing the melodies and east bay ray would just play the notes that jello made up on guitar. Easy bay ray is an amazing guitarist but I don’t know if he is very creative in the songwriting department. Mind you I heard this years ago and it might be made up or maybe I’m misremembering

I like how "Easy Bay Ray" was probably a typo there but leans into the whole coasting on the success of the Dead Kennedys from 30 years ago. They haven't had a new album since '86. Wow! I just think about jello singing about MTV get off the air when MTV was fuckin' brand new at the time then hehe
