I do agree that there is no filler on this album. But, CTaWB has no filler and has slightly better material

I've had this for a while and never really given it a legit listen until now and I must say that it is quite good. Much better than their last release.

Yeah same here, I heard this first by them and wasn't too impressed but after giving Close to a World Below a few listens months later this hit me as a really strong release too.
