for sure. you just get through the emotionally heavy one day and vicious and fast "murder" an then get a song about pimp shit? i didn't like it at first, and then i noticed the production and rhymes themselves were off super tight and now i love most if not all of the album

fun fact, when pimp was in courthouse during jailtime, he met some cool cops/judges/visiting fans who were cool with him despite his conviction. one fan claimed to have the new UGK in his car at home, pimp was like "no u dont only i do. you better not have it. it's almost as good as ridin dirty LOL." he was probably talking about the 2007 release lol since he wrote those some of his best rhymes in lock up. i guess laws or not, pimp loved his fans even though they locked him up--in fact, those judges might've been the reason he was able to leave on probation
