this is a lot more experimental/groundbreaking/whatever term you wanna use but the other two are like a lot more passionate

i would argue that this is no less passionate. definitely more whatever though. structural and textural experiments are very classy on this one. plus it's like twice as long.

I haven't heard this in quite some time but I remember it being somewhat less energetic than previous
lps, at times the vocalist sounds rather tired and like not really wanting to go on (which i guess
would make sense since they split like immediately after this)

but i need to hear again, maybe i'm thinking of something else

i know what you're talking about but i don't think he was really less energetic. he just incorporated some post-hardcore-ish shouting into his vocal style on this album instead of doing bm-esque skramz vocals the whole time.
