When I think of post hardcore, Empire is the song that comes to mind.

"Our World Is Grey" slowly became my favorite song here next to "Timothy", but really everything is gold here.

I cried dawg. Everyone was singing their hearts out. Then Cody dropped the bomb that they're not breaking up but going by a new band name and putting the ACB material to bed. They proceeded to play a pretty boring song and that was that. It was one of the more bizarre show experiences of my life overall. Serious hype to intense emotion to...."oh, okay."

That sounds exactly like something they would do lol.

was it too hard to just call it a break up and end the show with “This Is It”

absolutely floored by this album. first time checking these guys out, did the debut first and thought it was excellent. kind of like when i am god oh, sleeper mixed with a little la dispute. knew they went more indie and lost the screamer but had no idea it was anything like this. it's just on another level artistically and musically. i absolutely love this dark indie, post hardcore vibe. so much the devil and god in this which i think is kind of rare sound i haven't heard much of. hell the themes of timothy really match up with limousine and both are just epic pieces of music. it's like listening to that album and experiencing it again for the first time.
the reverb soaked dreamy tremelos is just my exact sound, i love stuff like that so much. the production is immaculate. i also think the more ambient moments add to the whole package, really excellent quiet loud dynamics. that kind of atmosphere really makes for such a powerful gut punch of an experience. vocally this is incredible as well, really improved from the debut and the raw shouts are so pure in their expression. timothy and contact are all timers but every song here is excellent. i thought length might be an issue but definitely not. i have no complaints. shame i'm getting around to this now because this is one i'll love forever. like dusting off a long lost favorite.
