Some Guest, this band was out WAY before linkin park. If anything they ripped off the Deftones. And for the record this isn't nu metal. This is something entirely different. If anything I'd call it avant garde since is crosses so many genres.

I wish he still sounded like he did on the first 2 LP albums. If their next album doesnt have anything remotely sounding like the old stuff then LP have really lost their way. Minutes To Midnight was such a bad album. They totally fucked up with their 'experimentation'.

As do I bloc. Even if Meteora sounds a lot like Hybrid Theory, I don't see as much of a duplicate as I see it as an album in which they perfected the style they introduced on Hybrid Theory. I can still listen to both albums all the way through.

Same here Bass, although it's been a while since I've listened to either.
Funny you mention that Shuggah, that's one of my favourite LP songs. But I have no idea who else would sound like that.

I got Autoclav1.1, The Luna Sequence, and there's even a few Celldweller tracks that are in that style.

I get that a lot, but this album just didn't do anything for me. It was boring, hookless, and other than Change, there was no song I liked. Only Deftones albums I like are Fur and Wrist.
