It did in it's day, its' influence on the world is undeniable even if the masses don't flock to it these days like they do to loveless. This is their masterpiece imo.

Yeah exactly, it’s so funny and titillating how the verses and choruses modulate between ugliness/dissonance and beauty/consonance. It’s a perfect songwriting complement to the timbre and sonic experimenting of the record as a whole, I love it
