I might 5'd one Fugazi alb one of these days
My ranking is always changing these days though
|
| |
Album Rating: 5.0
my ranking these days is argument = end hits > red med = kill taker > steady diet = repeater > 13
songs
|
| |
The only one that's safe for me is 13 Songs being worst
I'm pretty lukewarm to a lot of Steady Diet too, but 13 Songs only really has "Waiting Room" and "And The Same" that I really listen to

the way I see it fugazi had three eras. their "progressive hardcore" (in quote because it has no relation to prog rock; i just mean it's progressing forward from hardcore), their experimental era, and the argument
13 songs
repeater
steady diet
kill taker
red med
end hits
argument

Good way of looking at it
I think they got consistently better too, this is one of the few bands I think did nothing but improve through out their whole career which is cool

it took me about four years to really get this
|
| |
This blew me away on first listen but at the time I was just a couple of months after coming out of my generic teenager music phase and pretty much everything impressed me, this is one of the albums that stuck with me even after all this time though
|
| |
i actually listened to this when i started moving out of my generic phase too. But it too laid back and i was expecting heavier i guess, like all of the other bands i was listening too was like #12 and pg. 99 so you could imagine. years later i feel in love with it
