"Speaking of cool things in space I’m playing Prey right now and it rules"
Have you played any of the Dead Space trilogy?

It’s alright. First is best, second is ok, third is trash. It went way too into action territory and added a lot of annoying character drama. I liked Isaac better when he didn’t talk
|
| |
Dang I think the 2ND one is totally the best
|
| |
It might have better gameplay but Isaac’s character annoys me and I don’t like the progression into more and more action
It’s not so bad in 2 but 3 killed the franchise
|
| |
As long as we agree 3 sucks
|
| |
Yeah some of the story beats are annoying but I think the pacing in 2 is just flawless and the set-pieces are spectacular
|
| |
But is great and is one of my favorite games in a long time!!
|
| |
Dead Space 3 is unplayable garbage. Dead Space 2 is semi-unplayable garbage. Dead Space rockz.

See Astral knows what I’m talking about

I replayed the first game so many times I ended up getting the platinum trophy. Couldn't stop. Everything about that game is incredible.
2 was great too but agreed that the 3rd was a corporate decision to increase profit and completely ruined the franchise.

Dead Space 1-3 not getting the HD Remaster treatment for PS4 / XBone / PC is prime evidence EA doesn't like free money, good ideas or good press. Capcom may milk their franchises but at least they know how to do it right, just look at how amazing REmake was/is and how good RE2 is shaping up.

This album is a massively underrated classic. I've really been listening to it over the past few days, and it's really nearly as good as TSY for me, it just does something much different.
So many great songs on here with complicated melodies that make it feel like there's always something more to discover (Secondhand Surgery, Vacation, Swamp Kittens...). And the whole thing is wrapped in this beautiful atmosphere of spacey, adrift loneliness.
