their worst songs are forgettable shrapnel and i'll put good money on you having denied the entire thrice discog accessibility to your memory mancave, which renders this about as zero-sum as any comparison you've ever made

thrice are shit so who gives a fuck
|
| |
see, if you were remotely secure about the enduring value of either of those relics, you'd compare them to other records you considered good Noteworthy, but we can sit and wait for that pt.2

Can you construct a readable sentence please i'm not reading that

I wouldn't know. Never listened to them
|

Wait how did we arrive at Thrice?
But I agree with Ghandhi, that e.g.
Turnover -> Repeater -> Brendan #1 -> Merchandise -> Blueprint
...is better than any five (or however many) tracks you could cobble together from Thrice's discography, even if I'm still not entirely sure I understand the comparison.
Unless we are just pot-shotting Johnny boy, in which case that 'gazi five-track run is better than mewithoutYou's entire discography also.

you've dropped several eyesore takes canonical references too many to complain about readable sentences this far in alas

Fuck outta here with that Brendan #1 straw clutching

to put it in words
to write it down
that is walking on hallowed ground

'Brendan #1' is peak instrumental post-hardcore and the transition into it from 'Repeater' is peak music.
|
| |
Guitar World called Thrice the "Radiohead of post-hardcore"
ok I take it back. They are superior
|
| |
'Brendan #1 is very underrated 10/10 agreed

fugazi were always at their worst in their navel-gazing dub and/or jam tracks, and if anyone tried to sell me on a whole record as "peak instrumental post-hardcore", they would get a well earned eyeroll
