for me radiohead is one of those bands that's always brought something new to the table with each release, or were at least expanding on creative ideas. when i heard this it just sounded like them playing whatever, just for the shit of it. but i've come to love that about this album. it's laid back and super chill and easy to sit through

Yeah I wouldn't say it's better than HttK. I love how dynamic that album is. This is less so, but still excellent.

HttT is pretty underrated as far as radiohead goes tbh, i was jamming it at work a couple days ago for the first time in ages and its easily on the same level or very close to it as kid a and amnesiac
