I hold to this album being their best. Colors is right behind. However, this is their most coherent and exciting blend of progressive and metalcore.
Parallax 2 doesn't grab my attention much anymore. While the songwriting's logical, the tunes themselves aren't as fun to listen to. And Colors is an awesome journey, but it takes too long to get going for me.
This album is a collection of everything I've always loved about BTBAM. The production's great, the songwriting is logical without being boring, and the eccentricities feel at home. The first two tracks here are my favorites from the band thus far.

It's like they took the Colors formula, and made it as effective as possible here.
Only gripe I have is Swim to the Moon and its boring metalcore passages. Most of the heavy riffs feel contrived.
