I'd say this album is about a 4 for me. I really like almost everything Periphery has done excluding the Clear EP which was just meh for me. I'm probably more particular to the vocals because I like mixed clean/harsh vocals and when I listened to this album it took a few months for me to finally stop repeatedly listening to it. Honestly, this and the original are probably 4.5's to me but I don't like to rate things that high unless they are really fucking great to me. Maybe if I'm still jamming this in a year I'll have no choice but to rate higher.

Agreed with Morry I cant see any other style or vocalist for that matter being in this band. I honestly think he was a step up on Chris Barretto, in terms of style for the band not caliber.
