Moonchild is the best thing Crimson did.

"that 21st Century Schizoid Man creates a tonal inconsistency for the rest of the record." I agree

I don't know abut Red since I only know 1 song from Red, but Lizard and Discipline both top this

Red is a better album but nothing beats moonchild. Fracture comes close.

I legitimately don't like the last 10 minutes of Moonchild at all and this might be a 4.5 if it wasn't for that section

i don't like 21st Century Schizoid Man as much as before unfortunately, but Epitaph and the t/t are still two of the best rock songs ever tbh

Yeah, Red is their best in my opinion. Then Discipline would be second and then probably Thrak.

I'd give you a link to listen to it online but oh dear Fripp and his obsession with copyright

Man they have a lot of compilations, was hoping for one with this & maybe a couple more in it. So confusing. I'll have to check out some of their other stuff at some point.

You can easily go chronological. Every album has its gems and you'll get to witness the extremely interesting evolution of the band's sound. Don't except them to sound like this though. The only one that does is its successor, and that one is generally seen as considerably weaker (and I agree with that)

I'm one who disagrees with that.
