"they don't sound great, they are brickwalled to shit"

Just like the drums here. I hate that drum sound so much.

It's got that blown-up quality that is prevalent throughout metal that is just not my cup of tea. I don't know the proper terms, curious if you can help me out there! Would be nice to finally know what to call that particular sound.

I like that the drums don't sound particularly crisp, that would throw me off.

Honestly though the old "production" argument has to be the most subjective part of trying to discuss an already largely subjective medium.

Hihi I don't know Egarran! DDD and Sniff and Art and many many others made me check this. So now I'm here! And it looks like almost everyone is too... I've missed you 💚

Agreed Portal, it's highly subjective. Yet it can also mar what is otherwise a nice listening experience.

Haha Egarran! I kind of enjoyed this on first listen, but I won't rate it just yet. Think it might need some extra listening sessions. It's not going to be much higher than a 3.5 though I think, so that much is true...

Yeah there were many of those, each one more beautiful than the last.

(Not frens, acoustic folk sections. Although...)
