Far from it but still pretty solid

Either 4th or 5th for me, realistically this is probably tied with ATF and I can't bring myself to either bump that album down or this album up

Aside from the bad production, this record just has a weird feel to it that I can't put my finger on
It doesn't line up with the rest of their work

I've only heard this and diamond eyes and have only heard either of them once

Diamond Eyes is their best
Adrenaline their worst
Saturday Night Wrist is overrated over here, but is amazing at points
White Pony's just about as good as everyone says it is, but it ain't my fav no mo
Koi No is a thing of beauty and gives DE a run for it's money
self-titled underrated and was actually my favorite at one point
Gore's ok, some awesome songs but production actually does dissuade me from returning to it
ATF, well, ATF just fucking rocks

diamond eyes is so terrible

Diamond Eyes > White Pony > KNY > SNW > s/t > ATF > Gore > Adrenaline imo

Minus Blindfold is a goddamn jam and a half

Gotta say, outside of the title track, p/t, acid, and rubicon it's hard to care about this album. Everything in between is just kind of there. Some of their most uninspired choruses are here, and some generally cringy songs like phantom bride.

I've always felt that SNW and KNY are their best, then WP>DE=this>other three

Diamond eyes is miles ahead of their other albums imo. Like, it's not even remotely close. Every song rocks and the atmosphere and production elevate it to the next level. One of their most cohesive, dark, and energetic albums to date
