The reason I think this is better than DE is because that album has a fucked up track listing. Doesn't really feel like an album, more a collection of songs.

The odd numbered tracks are overall the strongest, maybe one or two exceptions. Upon first listen Leathers, Entombed, and the closer are my top favs on here.

Yea Pleb I'm pretty late to the Deftones bandwagon haha but Mong convinced me to give them a go and they're probably my favorite alternative metal band now. I love that they did a side project with members of Isis too, I gotta give that a listen soon.

First released song on Gore was underwhelming. And this album I found pretty overhyped for what it was. Great but not mindblowing. I hope the rest of Gore is better.

I find Tempest to be quite standard in comparison to some of the other songs. Not unlike the new single, just including a few heavier riffs really. Good song still though.
