2000 isn't the 90s, but if this was primarily written in 1999 or before it could maybe be considered a 90s album.

It's weird because Kid A is on all these best decade lists for the 2000s, but it was basically made in the 90s so it could be argued that's a 90s album.

In the Christian calendar that our western society uses, the first year started at 0 and the second year started at 1, which means the tenth year started at 9. The eleventh year, or first year of the second decade, began at 10. So all decades begin at 0 and end in 9, which is why the staff best of decade list would begin after this year is over, because the new decade will begin in 2020. So anyone doing their favorite albums of the decade list can start as soon as you've heard everything from this year.
