ur wrong tho
i mean its kinda close, but ulcerate have released far less music, and with golden age immo everything until harnessing ruin was 4+
but ill concede if there is a modern DM band to beat them, these guys r the ones

alright let's stack racks then big boy
ulcerate's debut is better than four immolation records (kingdom, shadows, harnessing, and i'm gonna saw dop cuz dm became much better since and it also doesn't count as golden age since there's too much gap)
all ulcerate LPs minus debut and vermis are better than golden era immo sans ctawb which is classic status, but so is EiF.
just cuz immo has more material, once you stack em they get docked. plus they have some iffy or outdated production choices here and there.
also incantation > immolation. ctwab > all.

"all ulcerate LPs minus debut and vermis are better than golden era immo sans ctawb which is classic status, but so is EiF."
no they arent u basic sludge loving goofy
"plus they have some iffy or outdated production choices here and there."
bro r u serious, the two best ulcerate records (sop and eif) have botched mixes, the LP rips are better but come on lol
"also incantation > immolation. ctwab > all."
i mean wrong again so

"dm has become much better since DOP"
bro if ud rather listen to dweeby american 20-something's pay homage to all these bands (while, to be fair, progressing the genre here and there) and act like the majority of them are writing songs as good as into everlasting fire then be stupid but dont try to convince ME to push brain matter out my ears

"doesnt count as golden age too much gap"
meh, release dates and times where artists actually wrote the music r separate things, pretty sure lot of HIA material was written throughout the years leading up to it but i smoke a lot of weed so i probably made that up
|

Most of Obscura was written by 1993 isn’t that crazyyyyy

"no they arent u basic sludge loving goofy"
stack your racks and prove me wrong boi, where's your argument
"the LP rips are better but come on"
that's all that matters making what you said before irrelevant
"act like the majority of them are writing songs as good as into everlasting fire then be stupid"
point is we're stacking the LPs overall not individual songs lrn2seebtwnlines

also incantation > immolation
I can get behind that. Incantation have some legendary albums to their name too. It's very close, for sure.

first three incantation > first three immolation
That's just unfair. I don't think any stretch of osdm releases comes close.
|
| |
Album Rating: 5.0
eh yeah close but missing a huge point cause its probably like this
ctawb=>uc>golgotha>hia>diab conq>ffg>dop=mortal throne
and the rest of all releases between bands (incantations full late discog im fuzzy on tbh but yea) are pretty much a range of meh to very good, mostly in the middle of that
