I never got to checking out all his demos. Did any of the bulb material that made Periphery's later albums get on there in their original form? (I'm thinking stuff like Froggin Bullfish, The Alphabet (Omega), Absolomb, Motormouth etc. not P1 material). Would be cool to hear how those were originally written years earlier before the rest of the band got to put their spin on them.

The Focus Hour is the breakdown bit in Reptile, Sentient Glow used to be a Haunted Shores song, that's all from P4 as far as I know

I'm really curious where will they go with their next record, this still feels a little too metalcore'y at points for me to fall in love with it. But damn, this is still a decent album and shows great promise for future

I really dig this. I thought I was basically off Periphery after PII but I guess not

Yea, they didn't do a different style, but actually wrote better songs here.

How the fuck does this review have over 3400 comments btw? I'm not saying that because of my dislike of the band, just saying it surprises me a bit

There is definitely worse clean production out there. I dig how this sounds

Clearly belittling the band, gtfo. Theres so many comments cause people enjoy them, but also people dislike them, sparking conversation, why do I even have to explain that.

Sorry, I’ve been drinking a lot tonight... no hard feelings, just been kind of in a shitty mood tonight. Sorry, hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow morning

I feel like you didn't say anything different from how loads of people like to comment here lol

I feel like Crush should probably be one of their most synthetic sounding tracks but it sounds more natural than anything off their first two albums. Production wise

Not sure what you mean by the first part of the comment tbh

Idk with a tone that's simultaneously dismissive, ironic and slightly pissed off. I'm pretty much sputnik tonedeaf tho so I may be way off on that one
