Are you sure ? Those lads are really, really mad for a genre and an act which is just part of another pop metal trend that will die in 5 years or less ( like glam metal, nu metal, metalcore, deathcore and other stuff). Most of them got mad when someone really enjoy this.

I for one love this album, and in all honesty fancy a few other Djent releases, it's a genre with something to offer when it's done right. But indeed, it's still a hilariously short sighted trend that will eventually die out and leave only the actual good bands around. And sure is funny to make fun of the edgy djent kids lol

Djent is a hit or miss genre, the fancy stuff is pretty enjoyable and sweet; also that fancy stuff have a lot of talented musicians. But, let's face it, some acts like structures, the hacktivist, within the ruins, i the breather are crap.
