Someone else said Hot Topic and yeah it’s that but I’d go less branded and say “kitschy” is what I get from this band. And I actually liked CT a lot, but here I only really like when they’re heavy and even then it’s like “this is cool” but doesn’t arouse anything in me.



I may revisit at some point when perhaps I’m more in the mood but To be honest I don’t know when I’ll be in the mood for this lol

I don't get the Hot Topic thing at all lol. This sounds nothing like any of the mall screamo bands that represented that era tbh. I do, however, understand how this might not be people's thing. It's definitely a very unique take on metal and the poppier moments might not resonate with everyone.

Hot Topic had a pretty wide range of genres. I got a Faith No More shirt there once.
