Lonely Day has the most tolerable Daron vocals. I've never minded it. U-Fig may be my choice for most annoying song on this album although I wind up listening to the whole thing whenever I put it on or until the compression kills my vibe. Seriously, what was Rick Rubin thinking during this era of music?

Honestly I feel like the fact that we're all still talking about Lonely Day like 20 years after it came out makes it a classic lol
Personally I love all the System releases. Even though these two are the weakest I agree with wildcard that they outclassed most other bands from the mid-2000s by miles.

Nah it's ass, but got crazy amount of plays in radio. You know it is a good band when radio dickheads acknowledge them by playing their worst song to oblivion. Kinda like the most played Maiden song around these parts is prolly "can I play with madness".

Heroin and Rock n Roll are definitely bottom tier System songs. Heroin in particular is not good lol

Oof Tentative getting the ok tier? That might be my favorite song here. And I love Kill Rock n Roll. It’s the perfect amount of silliness mixed with some great back and forth vocals from Serj and Daron.
But again man… Tentative is straight up one of my favorite SOAD tracks.

And I’ve said it a thousand times before. But if you take the best tracks off this and the best tracks off Mesmerize then you have potentially the best SOAD album aside from Toxicity
Maturing is realizing that record is their most popular for a reason, that said the self titled has grown on me massively as I’ve gotten older.

Yee self titled is goated, I think it's basically been my favorite since I heard it as a teenager. It's a perfect mix of raw aggression and unbridled weirdness. But I've also been a bit of a fanboy since then too so I'm not objective at all lol
