ya gregs lyrics have never been great, I love how fucking batshit he can be and then randomly throw in the most beautiful vocal melody you’ve heard in years, and then back to screaming in your face.

I ended up reading the lyrics for this EP and they looked serviceable to me, Shakespeare it ain't but to call them cringe or ludicrous I can't say I understand

It’s largely just because of the simplicity in their rage combined with the melodrama of the style. Like, to me, it just feels like he’s going so hard about something that feels like their should be more to what he’s saying

Keith is really the only thing I like more about ETID and even then it’s just his lyrics. Greg is far and away a better vocalist.
