Here is my review for Kanye West's next album which I have given a 4.5.
This is Kanye West.
Kanye West...what do you even say about the man. West's outspoken views and life outside of music have received significant media coverage. He has been a frequent source of controversy for his conduct at award shows, on social media, and in other public settings, as well as for his comments on the music and fashion industries, U.S. politics, and race. West is often lauded as one of hip hop's greatest artists, with his music being recognized as some of the best-selling and most critically acclaim in hip hop history In 2020, he ran an independent presidential campaign that advocated for a consistent life ethic. His Christian faith, as well as his marriage to television personality Kim Kardashian, have also been sources of media attention. With the recent release of the highly anticipated [insert name of Kanye's new album], Kanye's proves that his place in the hip-hop hall of fame will never be shaken.
Serene and sublime, [insert name of Kanye's new album] is the sound of traveling across the countryside on a crisp autumn afternoon. There’s a wistful yet liberated aura, as if Kanye has invited us to travel through a collage of memories with him. Classical pianos sparkle iridescently like church bells brightening an otherwise grayscale industrial town, while the guitars slide with an effortlessly rustic twang that drives us through the adjacent, winding hillsides. Lightly strummed acoustics splash throughout the background like waves crashing into shore on a sunny afternoon – enough to offer up placid scenery without distracting from the even grander landscape. Kanye's voice hovers above it all, smooth and majestic – an eagle circling over the yellow mazes of corn and patchwork green/orange treetops. [insert name of Kanye's new album] is, by Kanye's own estimation, an album about “travel, movement, longing, discovery and wonder” – and it’s a theme that can be immediately felt here.

[insert name of Kanye's new album] exists in the image of it's creator. It's challenging, uncontrollable, and electric. Kanye captivates the audience with hard hitting anthems like [insert name of song I liked], keeping them on the edge of their seat. Another track that stands out is [insert second song I liked]. [Featured Artist] nails a passionate, energetic vocal performance layered on Kanye's masterful production. While this record stutters due to the usual Kanye-isms, such as filler tracks, repetitive skits, and obnoxious, self-indulgent lines like [insert corny bar here] from [insert song here], it overall shines as one of Kanye's best and most heart-felt records yet. Now if he'll just cut the shit - in every possible way that sentiment could be applied – he just might redeem himself. Until then, it seems like we'll always be stuck on Kanye's wild ride – hip-hop gems inseparable from that undesirable side of filler, arrogance, and poor politics. What fun. This is based and god breathed on this.
