I like this album a lot, but I definitely prefer when there is more emphasis on melody instead of just creating atmosphere. There were a few tracks that were creepier and more atmospheric that I found both unpleasantly unsettling and boring. On the other hand, I found most of the other tracks to be very engaging creating full, yet minimalistic soundscapes. I think this album really excels when it leans into the more melodic spectrum of their sound. Good stuff
