Lol nah, dude was a beast. Whether or not he can still hang is yet to be seen.

Tim has written a lot of the material though. He isn't "the band," but if he's not around there's no real reason to call it AILD anymore.

They got more collaborative as they went but Tim was the primary songwriter for years. Hate him all you want but AILD is his creation, there is no band without him. Also disagree about him being overrated. Peak Tim was a monster.

^ Eh, bit of a middling one. It's basically AILD by-the-numbers, with the exception of the "redemption" message being really heavy-handed

This definitely harkens back to their more aggressive material for sure. I do like Awakened, but it's more for sentimental reasons since it was my very first AILD album

Tbf, I never grew up with them, so I didn't know much about their work prior to that album. My -core phase didn't really happen until the beginning of college, and it just so happens that Awakened was the AILD album that came out that year

I remember reviewing Awakened in between classes. Can't believe it's been 10 years

Just realizing a lot of members pieced out. Anybody have the tea? Is it just they’re all finally getting away from Tim?

Tim even aside from the whole hitman incident always gave me shady potential douche vibes but tbh idk much about the bands personal issues.

Also this album p damn good but I haven't touched it since it came out.
