Y’all really don’t realize how much Covid affected albums that weren’t finished.

They tried to get this album out in early 2021 but weren’t able to finish recording it all. They’ve mentioned that they recorded one of the singles in their house in a makeshift studio.

I don't hear them sounding the same.

Holy Roller is just a brutal track. Hurt You and Circle With Me are the most same in song structure, but that's just metalcore, man. Nothing else sounds like Constance so far. Secret Garden is a radio friendly rock track. I see variety.

Yeah there’s objectively variety, but subjectively man am I GASSED on them. It’s not their fault they’re great maybe just TOO PROLIFIC lol

Idk, that riff has a very similar rhythm to some of their other riffs. Yea, a few of these singles were different, but overall it's just very safe.

I wasn't necessarily saying the singles from this album all sound the same to each other. More that their singles all sound like stuff they've already done. At least that's what I was trying to articulate. The last 3 singles in particular. Sounds like worse versions of stuff they've already tried and very samey. Constance and Holy Roller are def their own things
