They’re at their peak popularity right now so they gotta cash in, even when their final product is negatively affected. At this point I’m kind of indifferent to any future releases from them until they can compel me to come back. I do give them credit trying to make music for a fan base that all wants something different.

I did get kinda annoyed that people in the Tilian thread were acting like Mess did something wrong dating a girl 10 years younger than him when she was an adult. I've dated girls 10 years older than me and acting like you're a victim at that point is lame and infantilizing.

yeah other than the Tilian stuff I'm highly skeptical of it all. The girl Jon dated speaks super highly of him, and it was above board. The stuff about Will and Andrew were just two baseless tweets with no screenshots or anything.
But staying on topic this album slaps and I hope the future of the DGD-verse has more Mess-centric content as a result.
