i think gaza's albums are more consistent than cult leader's are, i delivered pizza when no absolutes came out and i used to wear it Out. title track on that album is still my favorite song of theirs

thing is people had qualms with the Cohen-esque tracks on CL's two records. their EP was more like Gaza and had that solid Driftwood track. Gaza was def more consistent but I feel tracks like I Am Healed def showcased the insanity dripping from their styles.

i am healed is a thing of its own and is also expressive in a way that is rare with the majority of tracks like it that i have Ever heard

Lightless Walk was pretty killer but I never got to hear this one. Saw them live with Primitive Man and Dragged Into Sunlight but sadly the sound man messed up and vocals were inaudible the whole set
