No way dude his vox on the new tracks especially are the best he's sounded in years. Another reason I feel the new album will slay.
The band as a whole sounds refreshed tbh. I mean I like the past 4 albums, but they've been kinda samey. The tracks they've released for Hammer so far sounds like they're re-energized or something idk.

I've only jammed Godspeed and Darkly once and still haven't checked The Manticore so I believe you. And I've yet to read a negative review for the new album so I'm pretty hyped. The tracks are pretty great also. The thing is I only listen to CoF until Midian so that's probably the reason I'm having trouble with his vox.
